Kanye West Didn’t Drop “VULTURES 2” And The Internet Is Devastated

Kanye West is known as the rapper who cried wolf. He has said some outrageous things throughout his time in the spotlight, but he can’t seem to stop himself from spreading misleading information about release dates. VULTURES 2 was slated to launch in March.

Then it was moved back. April and then May. No? Don’t worry, Kanye promised followers that August 2nd was the day. Well, August 2 has arrived, and there is still no new album. He has once again raised supporters’ hopes, and they are not pleased.

The August 2 release date was always uncertain. Yeezy.com was wiped clean, with the only page reading: “ALL ORDERS FULFILLED VULTURES 2 COMING AUGUST 2ND.” It seemed very evident that the record would be published. Then the page containing the release date disappeared.

Within a few hours, however, the “AUGUST 2ND” was removed from the website. The element about orders being fulfilled remained, but an early August date appeared just as implausible as the ones that came before it. It turns out that the skeptics were correct. It’s been six months since Kanye West was due to release VULTURES 2, and he has failed to deliver.

Kanye West Fans Doubt The Album Will Ever Drop

To say supporters were outraged would be an understatement. Everyone seemed to be waiting for the clock to strike midnight so they could vent their frustrations. The regular collection of memes was provided. We saw Jesse Pinkman exclaim “He can’t keep getting away with this” a few hundred times. However, there was a clear feeling of predictability. Fans understood the chances of acquiring VULTURES 2 were poor, and they accept the possibility that it would never be published. “Initial thoughts,” one user jokingly tweeted. “VULTURES 2 didn’t drop.”

Disappointment was also more clear than ever. One commenter expressed a sentiment that appears to be shared by the majority of Kanye West’s fans. “It’s a really sad feeling to not care about potential album drops from your favorite artist anymore,” they said in a message. “I completely forgot about VULTURES 2 sh*t.
