The Rock Walks Away As Cody Rhodes Slaps Him Hn WWE SmackDown

WWE SmackDown ended abruptly after Cody Rhodes smacked The Rock, leaving fans wondering how “The Great One” will react.

Cody Rhodes exacted retribution at the end of the March 8 episode of WWE SmackDown. After he and Seth Rollins accepted The Rock’s challenge to a tag team battle at WrestleMania 40, The Rock continued to target Rhodes. He said Rhodes was 20 years younger than his siblings because he was mistaken. Cody became enraged and slapped The Rock, just like the latter did at the WrestleMania 40 Kickoff news conference.

Fans at the stadium then turned to Twitter to share video of what happened after SmackDown went off air. After a brief staredown, The Rock and Roman Reigns quietly exited the ring.
